1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using gauravgoel.pro ("the Site") or engaging the services of Gaurav Goel ("the Consultant"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or engage these services.

2. Services

Gaurav Goel provides independent AI engineering and automation consulting services, including but not limited to:

• —LLM application development and RAG system design
• —Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agent orchestration
• —n8n and workflow automation
• —Website and web application development (WordPress, Shopify, custom)
• —Computer vision systems and AI solution architecture

Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for individual engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Site content: All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Gaurav Goel and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Client work: Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom-developed software and systems are transferred to the client as specified in the engagement agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries remain under their respective open-source licences.

4. Payment Terms

• —Payment terms are agreed upon in writing before work commences
• —A deposit (typically 50%) may be required to initiate a project
• —Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received
• —All prices are in INR or USD as agreed, and are exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during an engagement. Client business data, technical specifications, and project details will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaurav Goel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or services provided. The total liability in any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that:

• —Information on the site is always current or error-free

Service engagements include reasonable quality assurance and a defined warranty period as specified in individual agreements.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• —Cancellations must be communicated in writing
• —Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced at the agreed rate
• —Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• —Specific refund terms may be outlined in individual engagement agreements

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or service engagements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of this site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
